Both the Telegraph and the Times report today that home ownership across the Europe, but the UK in particular, has dropped.  In the UK it is now at 64%, below France, and fourth lowest in the EU.  Continuingly rising house prices, mobile professionals, buy-to-rent and shortage of new house building are quoted as factors.
