Friends of Marple Station have told us  that Northern are running several extra Sunday trains during the Christmas period (shown in bold below) from Marple to Manchester on Sundays 4, 11 and 18 December 2017.

From Manchester to Marple

09.22, 11.40, 13.40, 14.06, 15.06, 15.40, 16.06, 17.06, 17.40, 18.06, 19.40, and 22.20
