We are delighted to welcome our new chief exec, Pam Smith, who comes from Burnley council.

Pam said; “I am looking forward to working with everyone in Stockport as we continue to build on the fantastic work which is already taking place in the Borough and across Greater Manchester.  My focus will be to ensure that during these financially challenging times we maximise the opportunities available whilst building on these strengths locally and regionally.”

Our previous chief exec has taken on a role on Andy Burnham’s team, the new mayor of Greater Manchester.
